Enderby Children's Home

This 4-bedded unit is provided in a large late 19th century refurbished house located in the village of Enderby, Leicestershire, close to Fosse Park shopping center and excellent local leisure facilities including sports halls and swimming pools.

It is staffed and equipped to provide short, medium and long term care for children and young people between 10 and 18 years old who have moderate to severe learning difficulties.

The accommodation comprises of four large bedrooms on the first floor with bathroom/shower and toilet facilities.

All bedrooms allow adequate space for private activities and the storage of personal possessions and favourite toys/equipment; each young person also has a lockable storage chest for treasured items

Outside there is a large brick barn, attached to the house and accessible via the back door, which offers ample space for outdoor games in inclement weather and vocational activities.

The garden offers the space for games and other leisure activities and there is a greenhouse which can be used, under supervision, by those interested in cultivating plants.
