Verve Life Ltd is an independent company building on the principles of
providing safe, caring residential services for children and young people
with learning difficulties, that are appropriate to their needs and in
which their rights as individuals are preserved.
We will offer chances to grow and develop in order to provide children
and young people with a range of positive life choices.
Verve Life, a part of the Bourne Care Group, owns five residential children's
homes providing medium and long term care for children and young people
between 10 and 18 years old who have learning difficulties. The homes

Our belief is that there is a need for good quality care in the community,
supported by an effective educational program, combining academic and
vocational learning. This can be provided by the local educational services
or, if required, be arranged through our own tailor-made Educational program.
Children and young people thrive in small (4-bed) units operated in a
flexible, caring and homely way that larger institutions are unable to.
This therefore enables Social Workers to place young people in an environment
that is most likely to meet their individual needs and circumstances often
with a higher staff to child ratio.
